Thanks for tuning into our Reading List for September.
If you live with a chronic illness such as Sjogren's or Lupus, you know how difficult it is to live in chronic pain.
We all have 'bad pain days' right?
I'm sure you know what I mean when I say bad pain day. Lying in bed, constant pain, unable to do much of anything.
On these days with I have the 'unable to do much of anything' blues. I usually spend time on my phone and try to learn, read, and research my illnesses.
