Mental Health Resources
Below you will find a list of all the helpful resources I have found and used along the way.

Crisis Services Canada (CSC) is a national network of existing distress, crisis and suicide prevention line services. They are committed to supporting any person living in Canada who is affected by suicide, in the most caring and least intrusive manner possible.

Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA):
CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.

Homewood Health - Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP):

Homewood Health's EFAP program works directly with employers to provide counselling services to assist individuals and families with grief, stress, loss, personal or workplace challenges, and managing relationships.

Check with your employer to see if they are partnered with Homewood Health or if they have another EFAP program available to help you.
